As the third largest ISP in DN42, we believe that privacy matters. We never actively dump, analyze, or monitor your traffic—unless a user is reported for service abuse.
- Login passwords are stored securely in our database. If you're using password-based login, your password is hashed and salted with 10 rounds of
bcrypt. - We periodically check and log metrics such as traffic counters, Ping RTT value, and BGP status for all peering sessions. These metrics are cached for one day only and are used for peering dashboard("View Metrics").
- We never store this data permanently. All metrics are held temporarily in our cache server and are cleared each time the server restarts. Older data is automatically deleted and replaced with new metrics.
- General web access logs are collected by
nginxand our CDN provider,Cloudflare, to assist in diagnosing emergencies or system failures.
No other information is collected. All data processing takes place on our main server in Tokyo, Japan , hosted by Oracle.
This site is mostly cookie-free. We use only cookie sections locale and theme to store language and theme preferences for server page rendering, and server will never actively set these cookies. All cookies are appended locally. Other information is always stored in local storage.
The GeoIP of your endpoint will be checked at our CN-CZX, CN-SHA, CN-NTG, CN-WUH and JP-OTA nodes. Your session will be terminated if your location changes to a country other than where these nodes are located.
